42300 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 42300 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 42300 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms stated here. This acceptance takes effect when you register an account, use any platform functions, or simply browse our website.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 42300 platform. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 42300 reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via the platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 42300 as the platform operator. If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Account Creation and Security
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account with 42300. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and up-to-date. 42300 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 42300 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
Each user is allowed only one registered account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed without compensation.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a 42300 platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth. Key responsibilities include:
- Do not use the platform for any activities that violate Malaysian law or applicable international laws.
- Do not attempt to hack, alter, or disrupt the systems, servers, or networks related to the 42300 platform.
- Do not use automation software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the platform’s betting system.
- Do not spread false, misleading information or harm the reputation of 42300 or other users.
- Do not transfer or share your account with third parties without written permission from 42300.
- Adhere to the minimum and maximum betting limits set for each game category on the platform.
42300 may take actions including suspending or terminating accounts of users who violate these rules, without prior notice in serious cases.
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All transactions on the 42300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept deposits via verified local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and ShopeePay. Each deposit is subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the platform at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal of winnings will be processed to bank accounts or digital wallets registered and verified under the user’s name. 42300 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing usually takes one to three business days, subject to internal verification and security checks.
42300 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or violations of platform terms. For transaction disputes, users must submit complaints within 14 days from the transaction date to our support team.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
42300 is not liable for indirect losses, economic damages, or damages arising from platform use, technical disruptions, or betting results. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties. 42300’s total liability is limited to the amount you deposited within 30 days before any claim.
All content on the 42300 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names, are exclusive property of 42300 and protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform assets without written permission from 42300.
The 42300 platform may include references or information about third-party services such as payment providers. 42300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Account Suspension, Terms Changes, and Governing Law
42300 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts temporarily or permanently for reasons including confirmed fraud or attempted fraud, breaches of these terms, abuse of betting functions, or at the user’s request. In account closures, any valid balance will be returned after review unless related fraud claims exist.
42300 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users through platform notices at least seven days before taking effect. Continued platform use after the effective date of changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes related to platform use or these terms should be resolved through confidential negotiations between both parties first.
